What We Believe
OUR MISSION
As instructed by Jesus Himself in Luke 24:47, our mission is to be a voice calling all people for repentance and remission of sins to all people in Jesus Name, empowered by the Holy Spirit.
OUR VISION
Our vision is to be faithful messengers of taking the undiluted good news of Jesus Christ founded on holiness and righteousness and empowered by the Holy Spirit.
As our biblical-based statement of faith, we believe that:
- The Bible contains the inspired and infallible Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16, 2 Peter 1: 20-21).
- There is only one God eternally existent in three persons; God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost. (Ephesians 4:5-6, Gen. 1:26, Matthew 3:16-17).
- We believe that salvation is the only way to heaven (John 3:3) and is only achieved through confession and believing (Romans 10:9)
- We condemn sin at all costs. We know that even if one believes and confesses salvation but still lives in sin, he/she will never inherit the kingdom of God 1 Cor 6:9-10.
- The Holy Spirit is our helper, teacher, comforter, revealer of truth, without whom we can do nothing (John 16:13). The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin (John 16:8), and whoever does not have the Him is not a child of God (Rom 8:9).
- There is only one mediator between God and man; He is the man Jesus Christ. 1 Tim 2:5
- Jesus is the only Name through which one can be saved, and there is no any other name on earth and heaven that can save (Acts 4:12). We only pray IN (not through) the name of Jesus Christ our Lord (John 14:16).
- The correct mode of baptism is that which Jesus Himself went through (Math 3:13); complete immersion in water for the remission of sins.
- The Church will be raptured when Jesus comes back to take a spotless Church. (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Matthew 29-30)
- There will be final resurrection of both the saved and the lost; the former to eternal life and the latter to eternal judgement. (Revelations 20: 11 -15; 1 Corinthians 15: 12 – 23).
